Golf club exchange - Sold a club on Dec.6 07 never got paid

Golf Club Exchange is acting like a

company ready to go out of business.

Sold a club on Dec. 6 2007. Never got

paid.

They responded about 3-4 weeks

claiming check was lost in the mail.

Their customer service has never

answered the phone or responded to

voice mail. After first response was

messaged to say mailing another check,

to which I also have never received.

Have since changed to direct

deposit option, still have not got paid

Recently sold set of 3 wedges don't

plan on shipping until I receive payment

on last sale.

Its a shame for all customers I'm sure

experiencing the same issues. It's easy

to have this happen with a company

that has been reliable in the past.

Hopefully this complaint will prevent

others from being ripped off. good luck !
